After many successes in New Zealand and overseas Jonny turned professional and became a household name from dancing on the hit TVNZ show Dancing With The Stars.

Jonny joined forces with Kristie Boyd forming their dance school Limelight Dance Studios because he loves dancing, he now mentors some of New Zealand’s most talented dancers who routinely return to the studio with National and Australian Titles and is excited to bring the Limelight City Branch into the Candy Lane Studios.

A fully qualified International Adjudicator, Carol-Ann regularly judges at the NZ Ballroom & Latin Championships along with international competitions as far away as Europe and has also been involved as a judge at the NZ Ceroc Championships and the NZ Salsa Championships.

She is well-known for training the winner of TVNZ's inaugural "Dancing With The Stars" show, former All Black, Norm Hewitt. She then went on to Judge the following shows in 2006 and 2007.

She has represented NZ at the World 10 Dance Championships and the I.D.S.F Asia Pacific Championships in Singapore. With a background in theatre and jazz ballet, she has been a part of tv productions such as Australian ABC's Strictly Dancing and TVNZ's Dancing with the Stars. Her most memorable partner was Rodney Hide.

As a professional Krystal teaches Ballroom, Latin and New Vogue in private lessons and in class settings, and also choreographs original first dances for wedding couples. Krystal specialises in choreographing show dance pieces and works and performs with the Candy Lane dancers.  Krystal is also a certified Zumba instructor and will be taking Zumba classes in 2011.

Claire is also trained in photography, creative writing, fine arts, and events.

Choreographer, Dance Educator and Creative Direction, have been a natural pathway for this young creative. Claire places a strong focus on empowering her performers.

Her coaching/teaching style is humanistic and nurturing. Claire has been choreographer of the Sky City Cheerteam, The Warriors Cheerteams, SEVENS, as well as a variety of youth performance teams for community based projects

In 2005, Nerida danced her way into the hearts of New Zealanders with TVNZ’s Dancing With The Stars, Shane and Nerida were voted runners up.

Early 2008, Nerida again danced her way into the Dancing With The Stars Grand Final, this time with Monty Betham. Nerida also works closely with many wedding couples every year to ensure their wedding dance is something for them and their guests to remember as a highlight of their day.

More recently, Nerida has joined the Zumba buzz, specializing in regular Zumba, Zumba for kids (Zumbatomic) as well as Zumba Gold, a lighter impact class for beginners or for those who want to take it a little slower. 

He has worked extensively in the dance industry for many years as a performer, Dancesport competitor, teacher and choreographer.

Over the years he has taught on the dance and performing arts degrees at UNITEC, AUT and The University of Auckland.

Most recently he has worked with DANZ, the New Zealand National Dance Industry Organisation developing training resources in best practice for the industry as well as being invited to run workshops on choreography and performance.

During her competitive adult dancing career she represented NZ at the Asia Pacific 10 Dance Championships and various other international events, won the NZ National A Grade Adult Ballroom Title (2005), the NZ National 10 Dance Champion (2004 and 2005) and was the NZ National A Grade New Vogue Champion (2005).

She turned professional in 2007 and is a qualified New Vogue adjudicator with the NZFDT and the NZFATD. She has also learnt and performed in numerous salsa performances such as the Sydney Salsa Congress 2010 and the New Zealand Salsa nationals 2009.

Rebecca is also available for private lessons in Ballroom, Latin American and Salsa.

excelling in this genre Kristie soon turned professional and joined forces with DWTS Jonny Williams teaching all of the above genres at their newly formed Limelight Dance Studios.  Because of the great demand and success, Limelight has now decided to open a Limelight City Branch at the Candy Lane Studio. Kristie is also a member of the Candy Lane Dancers. She is very excited and eager to pass on her experience and knowledge to all future stars of tomorrow.
