Terms and Conditions:
Routines and choreography learnt at the Candy lane dance studios remain property of the candy lane studios and cannot be used in public displays or competitions.

Our  term fees reflect any public holidays that may fall on the day of one of your classes. Where your class falls on a public holiday or there is a one off class cancellation you will be eligible for a “make UP” class to be taken during the same term, please see our team at reception for details
All term fees are required to be paid by the term payment cut off date; you will receive an invoice from us along with our bank account details to pay online.
We do not offer any refunds or make up classes for non-attendance to classes.
In the unlikely event that a term class is cancelled prior to the term commencing you will have the option to choose another class or a full refund will be provided or transferred to another term.
We reserve the right to replace the advertised teacher should the need arise.
Studio uniforms are required for most classes,
use of images may be used for website, marketing or tv purposes.
videoing of classes is not permitted, except with express consent from other parents and the teacher
A late payment fee will occur if membership payment is not made within two weeks from joining, i.e. 12 & under $20.00 per class, 13 & over $25.00 per class

Health, safety, medical & injury policies:
Candy Lane Studios is not liable for personal injuries sustained or any loss or damage to personal property whilst on the premises.
Candy Lane Studios aims to provide a safe environment to reduce the risk of injury. It should be recognised by all students, parents/guardians that dance by its very nature carries a risk of injury or accident.
It is the responsibility of the student, parents/guardians to notify the teacher and/or teacher in the event of injuries, allergies and medical conditions prior to the term and class.
A first aid kit is available to any student. We do not dispense Panadol, pain relief or medication to any students.
Candy Lane Dance students are under supervision whilst in class time only. Teachers and staff are not responsible for students outside their allocated class time.
for safety reasons, students must be collected from inside the building. it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure their student does not wait outside the building.
Fire Safety: In the unlikely event of a fire, students are to follow their TEACHER'S instructions and walk to the assembly point outside the building.
